YEAR 13 Magazine Advert : Research & Planning

MAGAZINE ADVERT for DIGIPAK

Research
You will need 3 in depth analyses of magazine adverts advertising digipaks, preferably linked to your music genre. Make sure you are aware of the forms and conventions of such an advert and list these once you have done your research.

Planning
This should be done as you go along :

  • hand drawn ideas
  • various examples of original photos you might use
  • typography
  • wording - use of slogan, release dates etc.
  • manipulation of image to create serial effects.
  • type of magazine in which the advert will feature.
All research and planning will need to be completed by 14th March.

Year 13 Research and Planning : Ancilliary Tasks

  • photographs
  • Titles - font types etc
  • colour ideas
  • back cover plan
