Year 12 up-date

Hi everyone,

I will try to look at all your blogs before parents' evening tomorrow. Those who think they have completed their blogs, should look through the booklet to see if there is anything to add. Take a look at Justine's mood board - very impressive!

Also, I found out that a log-line is a single sentence which sums up your narrative. So the log-line to 'Beauty and the Beast' might read : Daughter goes to a castle to rescue her father from a beast, she falls in love with the beast and kisses him only to find out he's really a prince.

I'll be marking your research over Xmas, so you still have time.

Yr 13 Check List

Hi all, just a quick reminder that you should be blogging every lesson you get chance now, its vital that you evaluate and analyse every piece of work you do for your coursework! Anyway below is a check list of items to include on your bog:

1. Coursework Brief
2. Research for Website
3. planning Website (Page and structure development)
4. Website Development (Framesets, Features, Image sourcing, Video installation, flash buttons and HTML)
5. Newspaper advertisement Research and Evaluation
6. 2-page Spread for listings magazine Research and Evaluation
7. Final Coursework Evaluation

Each of the above heading must include images to illustrate your work. Use print screen shots and pictures taken to back up your findings.

I hope the filming is going ok. Remember to use the tripod for every shot and once you've pressed record, stand back - DONT TOUCH THE CAMERA - or you will get too much camera shake!
