Easter Holiday Homework

For those of you who were absent on the last lesson, a homework essay was set which involves some research into film audiences and how they change:

'Discuss the ways your own experience of watching films illustrate wider patterns and trends of audience behaviour'.

This was discussed in the lesson. Work should be in at the end of the first week back.

Please can I remind you to post a comment on the colorfoto blog.

FINAL STAGES

You have a few days left to complete everything. I want all your work together with your two films and your completed evaluation on your blogs before Easter.

Remember your thriller sequence is your last post - so it is the first thing on your blogs, followed by your continuity sequence, then your evaluation.

Remember also, you will lose 15 marks for not including your continuity piece. Storyboards should also be on everyone's blog.

GOOD LUCK !

Deadlines !

I expect all evaluations to be in this week or I will not mark them. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!

Any of you who have not uploaded your films onto your USB sticks need to see me to do this asap. They must be published onto youtube and uploaded onto your blogs before the Easter Holidays.

If this is not done 15 marks will be deducted from your total mark.

Blogger is finally working !

I was assured by Gavin today at 3.30pm that BCBC has finally resolved the problem and Blogger is now back up! Fingers crossed.
Well done all of you who have added more to your research and planning. Some are very impressive indeed.

You now need to post your continuity sequences and your films onto your blogs. First of all you will need to publish... save as a medium file rather than large. Once you have published save to the Lacie - in the folder AS Video Production and then into your individual film folders (already set up).

Please bring in a USB stick to save your films/continuity exercise. A 2GB memory stick should be fine , then you can publish to Youtube and upload onto your blogs.
Deadline for everything , including your evaluation is now March 15th. I cannot accept any after this date as I'll be away for Easter and have to mark it before I go.

GOOD LUCK !
